Editorial verdict

Visual PM with geo-priced AUD cards, not AU-only hosting

monday.com Work Management is still the visual, guest-friendly option, but the AU-visible yearly cards are A$14 / $19 / $30 excl tax, not the stored USD $9 / $12 / $19 as if they were AUD. Guests, Gantt and 250 automations start on Standard. Dependencies sit on Pro advanced columns. Workload/resource management is Enterprise. AWS APAC exists; help does not promise every Australian account is Sydney-only.

Best for
Teams of 3+ people who want highly visual, customisable project management with strong automation. Particularly suited to marketing, operations, creative, and cross-functional teams that value flexible workflows and Australian data residency.
Not ideal for
Buyers who need proven AU-only hosting, 1–2 person teams that would hit the 3-seat paid floor, or anyone who needs workload views without an Enterprise quote.
