ClickUp is still the cheap all-in-one: Unlimited US$7 yearly, unlimited members on Free, 24/7 support on the free card. The public table no longer sells Business Plus. Automations are 100 / 1,000 / 5,000 / 250k, not 'unlimited on Free'. Permissioned guests start on Unlimited. Workload is a Business feature. AU data residency is Enterprise-only (Sydney auto for AU/NZ Enterprise) and AI still processes outside the pin. GST can apply unless a GST-registered ABN is verified.

- Growing teams that want to consolidate multiple productivity tools (PM, docs, chat, time tracking) into one platform at competitive per-user pricing. Tech-savvy teams, agencies, and startups that value feature depth over simplicity.
