Calendly is still the default meeting link: Free for one event type, USD Standard from $10 annual, Teams from $16. Standard Plus/Teams Plus (19 Aug 2026) add Notetaker and Callie. Payments and reminder Automations start on Standard, not Free. Hosting is US GCS/AWS. There is no AUD list and no salon roster, deposits-as-a-POS, or AU residency. Fine for consultants and sales seats; salons should look at Fresha, Timely or Square Appointments.

Sales teams, consultants, recruiters, and professional services firms that primarily need meeting scheduling with calendar sync and CRM integration.
Not ideal for
