RotaWiz still has a real $0 five-user plan and $6/$10 paid rungs. SCHADS is $10 Premium. Hosting is 'servers in Australia' with an overseas DR caveat and no ISO. Direct PRODA is still missing from official pages. Fine for a new provider's roster and invoices; not a substitute for ShiftCare Intelligence or CareMaster if NDIA portal submit is mandatory.
