CareMaster still prints $16/$26/$36 ex GST and includes both apps. ISO 27001 plus AU hosting is the security story. SCHADS at $155 and hosting at $135 can exceed a small team's per-user fee. Essential is not a rostering card. Quote ShiftCare Intelligence if you need SCHADS in the licence; use CareMaster when the participant app and AI roster matter more than all-in pricing.
