PropertyMe still publishes GST-inclusive PM cards and remains the scale leader at 6,400+ agencies. Trust accounting, owner/tenant apps and MePay Direct Debit sit on Basic; automation, bank feeds and Xero need Standard. The live table is a 200-property minimum, start-up Basic is $193 for up to 100, and MePay Fast/Trustless add $110 per 100. Hosting is Australian-stored with US processors — not AU-only. No AML SKU. Best for agencies that want a public price and will sit above the 200-property floor or take the start-up pack.
