Strong US takeoff AI — still the wrong localisation for most AU builders
STACK’s live table is now Premium $249 / Pro $299 per user/month billed annually, and the old $2,599 Standard year SKU is gone. Takeoff AI and unlimited viewers remain. For AU buyers the gaps are the same: USD, Azure US, no Xero/MYOB, BNi US cost data, Cincinnati hours. Best for Procore/QuickBooks shops that already bid in USD; not for a Xero residential builder.
