Cubit’s public AUD table is unchanged and BIM takeoff is still Enterprise-only. The useful correction this check is Xero on Buildsoft’s own compare table — drop the old ‘unverified third-party’ line. Cloud defaults to Sydney but the help article lists other countries, so it is not AU-only. Best for estimators who live in takeoff; not for month-to-month billing or a native MYOB two-way.
