CostMiner now prints AU$89/$79 GST-inclusive instead of hiding behind review-site USD. Takeoff includes IFC/BIM and a spreadsheet estimate. It is not a job-management suite, supplier pricing is your rate library, and Xero is still labelled Beta. Hosting is an unnamed data centre. Best for QS and estimators who want a public AUD price; not for live dealer feeds or a named AU region.
