Best pool-fleet stack — still no price list or EWD
Smartrak is still the pool-vehicle specialist: PoolCar, KeyMaster, EV telematics, FBT and onshore AU/NZ ISO 27001. Sentinel AI is hosted in-region and does not train on other customers’ data. There is still no AUD card, and there is still no NHVR EWD. Best for councils and health networks; not a heavy-transport diary replacement.

- AU/NZ government, health, education and utilities running shared pools who need FBT, EV data and ISO 27001 onshore hosting.
- Not ideal for
- Heavy-vehicle operators needing an NHVR EWD, buyers who want a public AUD card, or teams that need Xero/MYOB named on the fleet pages.
