Still-sold Brisbane on-prem PIMS — quote only, no native Xero
RxWorks is still on the APAC menu as Covetrus’s server PIMS, with 24/7 QLD support and mature EMR, insurance, recall and lab-manager modules. It is quote-only. The hosted-cloud URL did not render, so do not sell a live RxWorks Cloud SKU from that path. Native Xero is still missing. Practices that want cloud should look at Ascend or ezyVet rather than assuming a hosted RxWorks pin.
- Best for
- Established clinics and teaching hospitals that want to keep an on-premise file, Covetrus support and deep charge-capture, and will take a demo for price.
- Not ideal for
- Cloud-first or mobile-only practices, buyers who need native Xero, or anyone expecting a public AUD card or a documented hosted DC.
