Modern ANZ cloud PIMS — quote only, no native Xero
Ascend is still the easiest Covetrus cloud story for ANZ: Brisbane engineering, 24/7 local support, included Vetlytics and no lock-in. Pricing stays unpublished. The G2 FAQ is explicit that accounting is CSV export, so stored native Xero is wrong. Azure is named; the AU region is not. Fit for companion-animal and multi-branch clinics that already buy Provet and will take a demo.

- Companion-animal, hospital, startup, mobile and multi-branch groups that want a modern cloud UI, Provet ordering and AU-based support, and will accept a per-user quote.
- Not ideal for
- Practices that need native Xero/MYOB, a public AUD card, named Azure Australia, or deep first-party IDEXX diagnostic ordering.
