Established home-care quote — overseas sharing, no public price
MYP is still the long-running Brisbane home-care platform: Support at Home templates, CHSP, rostering, incidents and Services Australia exports, with published phone SLAs. It still will not print a per-user dollar, award interpretation is Employment Hero not native, and privacy discloses overseas recipients. System C (UK) ownership remains. Use it for SAH/CHSP operators who will complete rollout; not for residential AN-ACC or AU-only hosting.
- Best for
- Home-care providers (Support at Home, CHSP) who want an established AU vendor, government claim exports, and will accept a per-user quote plus mandatory onboarding.
- Not ideal for
- Residential AN-ACC, buyers who need a public price, native SCHADS interpretation, or AU-only data with no overseas staff/providers.
