Still the USD all-features band leader
Cliniko still publishes a flat USD ladder that has not moved since 2011 and still puts every feature on every band. AU claiming is Tyro Health / Medipass, telehealth and notes are native, and NDIS claims are not. Hosting is Australian-stored with a long US subprocessor list — not AU-only, and not an ISO 27001 Cliniko cert. Best for clinics that want a public USD price and a large app marketplace; not for AUD billing, phone support or in-product NDIS lodge.
