Published-price accountant default — data packs are the real bill
Simple Fund 360 still prints $130/fund/year for firms (min 5) and now $280+$320 for a single trustee fund. Bank and Share Data at $45 each push a fully fed Professional fund to $220/year exc GST before SmartDocs. Sydney is the primary AWS region; Tokyo is the documented backup, so this is not AU-only hosting. Phone support runs into the evening on weekdays, and some of that team is overseas.
- Best for
- Accounting firms that want a published AUD per-fund card, ATO SMSF lodgement, and will budget the $45 data packs.
- Not ideal for
- Buyers who need AU-only storage with no Tokyo copy, trustees expecting the old $250 card, or firms that want 200+ feeds in the licence fee (Class Super quotes; SuperMate prints $11).
